Our simple system of development allows a young person to grow with age and maturity.
Not only do we teach the practical skill needed for a sport, but we help young people understand that training must be fun, it must be fair and non-confrontational, and that competing is fun - win or lose.
Once a young person is mature enough, they are trained to compete, with a goal to win.
We encourage our teenage members to join our coaching scheme, and complete the circle by coaching our younger members on the journey that they took themselves.
Whatever the age of a young person at Lotus Sports, they learn that sport is fun and is for all levels, no matter what race, religion, gender or disability.
